Payment for Programs or Events

All program or event fees are due and payable on acceptance of your booking.

Payment can be made by direct credit or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). A Tax Invoice will be issued on receipt of payment.

Refund Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to all ILP events or courses.

  1. If registration is cancelled more than 20 working days before the date of the scheduled event or course, the respective registration fee will be refunded less a $50 administration fee.
  2. If registration is cancelled between 20 and 5 working days before the scheduled event or course, the registered participant will receive a redeemable credit note equal to the amount paid for the event or course.
  3. If registration is cancelled less than seven working days before the date of the scheduled event or course, no refund or credit note will be given.

Course/Event Changes Disclaimer

Course and event dates and times are occasionally subject to change. In these circumstances ILP will make every effort to inform course/event attendees within 48 hours prior to the scheduled date.
